What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, inventory, and fixed assets
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities
• Prepare accurate financial reports in accordance with IFRS/MFRS
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Monitor cash flow, treasury, and banking activities
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
• Provide guidance and support to junior finance team members

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

8–10 years of accounting experience, preferably within an MNC environment

Proven experience handling a full set of accounts and financial reporting

Hands-on experience with statutory compliance, including SST, tax filings, TPD, audit, and SToDS refund requests (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of IFRS/MFRS

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
