Our client, a multinational electromechanical and passive component manufacturer is looking for the following post:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate technical exchange between customers and sale teams to design engineer
• Facilitate product customization and integration to meet customer requirements, ensuring seamless implementation
• Identify and resolve technical issues, offering innovative solutions to optimize product performance
• Deliver pre- and post-sales technical support via technology presentations and product demonstrations
• Respond to technical questions from customers, providing thorough documentation and timely feedback
• Gather and consolidate customer feedback to help define new products and improve existing ones
• Provide technical support to customers, addressing application needs and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborate with the sales team to support customer engagements, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth
• Maintain proactive communication with customers
• Assist in the development of application notes, user manuals, and other technical documentation
• Collaborate closely with factory teams to ensure effective technical support and information exchange
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support sales and implementation activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a field application engineering role or similar technical support position
• Hands-on experience in the design, control, and processing of signals in electronic circuits and systems.
• Experience in cross-cultural communication with international teams in a corporate environment
• Strong technical knowledge of the company’s products and their applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events upon need
