About the Role

If you want to keep going deeper in accounting, this role is a solid place to start. You'll build your foundation on daily bookkeeping and month-end close, and as your skills grow, the scope and depth of your work will grow with you, into more advanced financial work.

We won't tell you to wait a fixed number of years before moving to the next stage. Your growth here depends on you: when you hit something unfamiliar, you dig in and find the answer. When a process is clunky, you look for a better way to do it. When a new tool or method comes along, you're curious enough to try it. Those traits matter more to us than what you already know how to do.

What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day accounting, including AR/AP entries, invoice issuance and reconciliation, and receipt matching
• Handle month-end close independently, producing closing reports and supporting schedules
• Prepare and file tax filings on time and accurately
• Investigate anomalies on your own initiative and propose analysis or fixes
• Take on more advanced financial projects as your capabilities grow
• Use AI tools to get routine work done faster

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of accounting experience; if your background is mainly audit, you should be ready and willing to pick up day-to-day bookkeeping quickly
• You've used AI tools before, or you're open to trying them
• Detail-oriented and sharp with numbers
• Proactive and curious, comfortable figuring things out or asking when something's unfamiliar
