About the Role

We are looking for passionate and self-motivated individuals to join our Freelance Talent Partner Programme.

Job Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements using company-provided templates.
• Source suitable candidates through online platforms.
• Screen candidates based on the recruitment requirements.
• Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Submit candidate details using the provided registration template.

No cold calling required.
Training, recruitment materials, templates, and ongoing support will be provided.

Requirements

• Recruitment experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, or other online recruitment platforms is an advantage.
