You will assist the Head of Cardiac Clinics in managing and supervising the operational and day-to-day activities of the outpatient admitting services. You will be involved in the strategic planning, development, and implementation of the admission and financial counselling processes to ensure efficient and smooth patient admissions.

You will develop workplans and processes for various categories of the admission and financial counselling process by harnessing innovative technologies in patient care. You will prepare and monitor annual operating and capital budgets, and ensure efficient and effective resource allocation and utilisation. You will manage manpower resources for new and existing services in the outpatient settings, provide prompt service recovery, and oversee improvement projects to enhance this area.

You will also represent the department at cluster meetings, contribute meaningfully to discussions and coordinate cross-functional activities related to system enhancements and workflows.
