Key Responsibilities
Enhance and maintain applications, systems, and infrastructure to support changing business requirements and operational needs.
Monitor and support application performance, availability, and stability in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
Define, analyze, and review technical requirements with a focus on integration, performance, quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with cloud operations and engineering teams to manage infrastructure capacity and monitor key performance indicators.
Support configuration, deployment, release, and change management activities across multiple environments.
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, supporting root cause analysis and implementation of preventive solutions.
Participate in technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning initiatives while contributing innovative ideas and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Understanding of application lifecycle management, deployment processes, and system integration principles.
Experience working collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
