About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain applications, systems, and infrastructure to support changing business requirements and operational needs.
• Monitor and support application performance, availability, and stability in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Define, analyze, and review technical requirements with a focus on integration, performance, quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cloud operations and engineering teams to manage infrastructure capacity and monitor key performance indicators.
• Support configuration, deployment, release, and change management activities across multiple environments.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, supporting root cause analysis and implementation of preventive solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning initiatives while contributing innovative ideas and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of application lifecycle management, deployment processes, and system integration principles.
• Experience working collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
