Job Vacancies & Responsibilities:
Host

Welcome guests to the venue, seat guests, and show them to their tables

Provide menus to guests

Answer incoming calls, handle customer inquiries, and provide appropriate service

Assist restaurant staff when necessary

Server

Engage with customers in a friendly manner, ensuring tables are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems

Take food and drink orders accurately with a positive attitude

Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff

Collect payments from tables

Commis

Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings

Washes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat, and vegetable items

Plates meal items accurately

Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors

Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary

Disposes of spoiled items and adheres to sanitation policies

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in F&B or hospitality industry (Fresh graduates with strong passion will also be considered)

Good command of spoken English

Must be eligible to work in Hong Kong legally
