The senior architect role will entail acting as a lead architect for various projects across Asia, Australia and across other jurisdictions in due course. This will be a senior leadership, but still ‘hands on’ role reporting to the head of architecture. There will be predominately hotel and mixed use projects, all of which are documented internally (to planning and tender set detail, but not construction documentation). All candidates must have had experience designing and hotel or commercial property projects. All candidates must be capable and experienced in documenting the project and working with a very small but capable team (development, architecture and interiors).
