Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and hotel reservations
• Follow up customer orders and ensure all bookings information are updated in system accurately
• Prepare reports as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Department Head

Requirements:

• F.5 / Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• 1-2 years of hotel reservation experience
• Knowledge of Opera system is preferable
