Role Overview:

This internship focuses on capital non-dilutive funding and financial operations. You will act as the Junior PMO (Project Management Office) lead for government grant applications in Hong Kong (e.g., TVP, BUD, ESS) and Singapore (e.g., EDG, MRA), ensuring the firm maximizes available public funding while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grant Eligibility & Research: Conduct deep-dive audits of HK and SG government schemes to determine company eligibility based on headcount, shareholding, and project scope.
• End-to-End PMO: Manage the lifecycle of grant applications, from initial documentation and vendor quoting to submission and final reporting.
• Investor Relations Support: Assist in preparing financial updates and data rooms for capital raising and investor queries.
• Financial Analysis: Support cost and profitability tracking across different business lines and geographies. Help build ROI models for new business cases.
• Audit & Accounting Ops: Provide administrative support for annual audits and help ensure internal control documentation is up to date.
• Regulatory Compliance (SFC HK): Assist in the preparation of Financial Resources Rules (FRR) templates and learn the regulatory requirements for Type 9 licensed subsidiaries.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Organised, reliable and good communication skills
• Proactive attitude and detail-oriented approach
• Must be able to work fully on-site at the Hong Kong office every day for the duration of the internship

Duration: Immediately available to start a full-time/part-time, 8-week internship program
