FinStack+ is growing our APAC presence and looking for a Business Development Representative in Hong Kong. You will be the first point of contact for prospective financial institution clients across Asia, generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings for our APAC sales team. Responsibilities

• Research and identify target financial institutions in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the broader APAC market
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
• Screen inbound leads from marketing campaigns and industry events
• Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the APAC sales team
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM
• Build market intelligence on the APAC financial services technology landscape
• Support the APAC team with market research and lead qualification

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (internships count)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to build a career in fintech or enterprise SaaS sales
• Basic understanding of financial services or banking is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Hong Kong permanent resident or valid work visa

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
