REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration, receptions and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform other administrative and warehouse-related duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
• Coordinate with warehouse executives & operators to ensure all stock movements are properly captured in the system.
• Communicate with arriving logistic driver to coordinate loading & unloading sequence following Warehouse Movement Request & Schedule.
• Responsible to ensure all schedule stock movement are handle on Time with Good Quality.
• Perform system updates for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and stock transfers.
• Ensure supporting documents (Delivery Orders, Goods Received Notes, Transfer Orders, etc.) are complete and properly filed.
• Monitor pending transactions and ensure they are completed promptly.
• Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory cycle counts.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse transaction reports when required.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and comply with company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse accuracy and efficiency.
• Review and investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
