About the Role

BrandMe Associates is looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Executive / Admin to support our Marketing and Business Development activities.

This role combines marketing coordination, content support, administrative tasks, and campaign execution to strengthen BrandMe’s brand presence in the event, exhibition, branding, and experiential marketing industry.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about marketing, enjoys creating content, has good organizational skills, and is able to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and coordinate marketing content, including social media posts, newsletters, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials for events, exhibitions, and client presentations.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Support lead generation activities and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
• Assist in coordinating company events, exhibitions, networking sessions, and promotional activities.

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team.
• Maintain marketing documents, reports, databases, and filing systems.
• Update customer and marketing records.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and marketing performance updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing-related activities.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups when required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, administration, or related roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in the event, exhibition, advertising, branding, or marketing agency industry is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
