Key Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage appointments.
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries.
• Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain patient records and administrative documents.
• Keep the reception and waiting area clean and organized.
• Support daily clinic operations and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a clinic, healthcare, or customer service environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
