Job Responsibilities

• Assist doctors with daily clinic operations, prepare consultation rooms, and support the dispensary by dispensing medications as instructed.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle patient billing, payments, panel claims, and related documentation.
• Manage phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and general administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent in healthcare, hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of clinic management systems, billing, and panel/insurance claims is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays (if required).
• Good communication, customer service, interpersonal, and basic computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
