Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: Handle daily customer inquiries and support across various online e-commerce platforms. Assist in simple product listings, updating inventory, and uploading product images. Process incoming orders and coordinate with the fulfillment/fulfillment team. Provide professional and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction. Job Requirements: Relevant Diploma / certificate required. Basic computer literacy and familiar with online shopping platforms. Responsible, detailed-oriented, and eager to learn. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply！
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: Off
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
