Malaya Perfumery Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Human Resources (HR) Executive to lead and manage the company's HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both strategic and operational HR responsibilities in a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, resignations, and offboarding.
- Process monthly payroll accurately, including statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour regulations.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, disciplinary letters, policies, and HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other relevant labour laws.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and domestic inquiries when required.
- Manage employee attendance, leave administration, and personnel records.
- Coordinate training programmes, HRDC claims, and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and workforce analysis for management.
- Review and improve HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes.
- Support management with organizational planning and HR strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955, payroll, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
- Experience using HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
