What you need to do:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
• Develop and implement effective production planning strategies to meet customer demand and business objectives.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, purchasing, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth material flow and production processes.
• Monitor inventory levels, raw material availability, and finished goods to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Analyze production capacity, identify constraints, and propose improvement plans to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare and review production reports, forecasts, and planning data for management review.
• Lead and supervise PPC team members, ensuring tasks are executed effectively and deadlines are met.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the PPC Manager and Factory Manager.

What we need from you?

• At least 2 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC), manufacturing planning, or related field.
• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong planning, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Leadership abilities with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends if required.
• Possession of a valid forklift license is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
