BBGM (EC) Development Hiring! Full Time Senior Account Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Your Responsibilities

You will play a key role in managing the company's financial operations, including:

1. Handle full set of accounts and ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.

2. Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and financial analysis.

3. Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets.

4. Prepare bank reconciliations, cash flow reports, and payment schedules.

5. Prepare journal entries and maintain monthly repayment & accounting schedules.

6. Monitor project costs and assist in project budget control.

7. Handle accounting matters relating to property development projects, including:

• Progressive billings
• Development expenditure
• Revenue recognition
• HDA Account transactions
• Project costing

8. Prepare SST, e-invoicing, and other statutory submissions.

9. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, government authorities if required

10. Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), Income Tax Act, Companies Act 2016, and other regulatory requirements.

11. Review accounting processes and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls.

12. Support Management with financial reports, budgeting, and ad hoc assignments.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

1. Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

3. Experience in the property development, construction, or real estate industry is highly preferred.

4. Able to handle a full set of accounts independently.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL or similar).

6. Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

7. Responsible, trustworthy, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
