• Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
• Schedule appointments and assist with phone and online inquiries
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry in EMR system
• Assist with basic clinical tasks (e.g., measuring vital signs, preparing equipment)
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of consultation and waiting areas
• Provide general support to medical staff and help coordinate daily clinic flow

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (Medical/Healthcare-related certification is an advantage)
• Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred
• Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with EMR systems
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (other languages are a plus)
• Friendly, responsible, and patient-focused
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays (as needed)
