Full Time Warehouse Operation - Cum Admin Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,300 in Vision Venture Resources Sdn Bhd - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure stock is arranged neatly and inventory records are accurate.
• Perform stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation such as Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), invoices, and stock reports.
• Update inventory and operational records in the system.
• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor stock movement and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with safety procedures.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or administrative work.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email).
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
