Position Summary

The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing online marketplace operations, ensuring smooth execution of online sales activities and digital promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage online stores and company websites.
• Update product listings, pricing, and inventory.
• Monitor order fulfillment and customer feedback.
• Coordinate online promotions and campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance and marketplace metrics.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams.
• Ensure product information accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of e-commerce experience.
• Familiarity with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
