Siaone Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development for Strut Channel, Construction Fasteners, and Structural Components across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth within the building materials and construction industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Engage with customers during project design stages to secure product specifications.
• Expand and manage customer and channel partner networks.
• Provide technical support, product presentations, and training.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and support regional business growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in the building materials industry.
• At least 3 years of experience selling strut steel, construction fasteners, or structural components.
• Strong knowledge of the Malaysian construction industry and procurement process.
• MEP/M&E project experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand technical specifications.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Valid driving licence and willing to travel across Malaysia.
