Dynac Energy Hiring! Full Time LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE in Johor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

1. To manage and execute all logistics operations for Dynac Energy Sdn Bhd and Dynac Sdn Bhd.

2. To coordinate with transporters and freight forwarders for import and export activities.

3. To prepare all required logistics documents including Delivery Orders, Gate Passes, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.

4. To liaise with Cross-Department coordination to ensure smooth progress and to meet client delivery requirement.

5. To source and evaluate quotations from transport service providers to secure the most cost-effective rates for both import and export shipments.

6. To oversee daily movement and task assignments of Dynac’s lorry drivers.

7. To handle all interactions with government bodies such as Customs, MIDA, and KPDNHEP.

8. To prepare and submit documents for Customs-related applications such as MOF, MIDA, CJ5, COO, Classification

9. Continuously assess and recommend improvements or new customs facilities to optimize Dynac Group’s logistics operations.

10. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for audits, customs reviews, and internal reporting purposes.

11. Monitor and expedite purchase orders to ensure suppliers deliver materials on time (oversea items)

12. Update internal stakeholders regularly on delivery status, potential delays, and mitigation plans.

13. To engage with factory-based suppliers to expedite project scope as needed.

Job Requirement

1. 3 - 5 years experience in related field.

2. Skill in liaise & negotiation with supplier.

3. Ability to work in a fast paced, aggressive growth environment.

4. Independent, proactive with fast track environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• shipping & logistic process, skill in negotiation: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
