The primary focus for Clerk (Logistics) is to ensure all data and information update on time. To perform system transactions into company’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) against the registered ISO documentation. To ensure shipments ship on time. Submission of documents required by courier company or forwarder company or carrier company and government authorities on time.

Job description

• Ensure stock receiving and issuing are done accurately accordingly to real-time and the documentation
• Monitor inventory control & proper record of inventory documentation
• Work closely with the superior for the stock count organizing
• Check Customs 2 (K2) form
• Photocopy & scan Logistics & FG documents
• Maintain and manage the documents filing.
• To support all requirements given by superior.
• Ensure 5S is practice in the working place.
• A team player within the same department and a cross functional department.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Minimum SPM /Diploma
• Experience: At least 2 years for SPM & 1 year for Diploma in related field
• Skills: Effective communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Possess good interpersonal skill and people oriented
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel/Word. Knowledgeable in SAP is an added advantage.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
