Job Objectives:
Ensuring efficient production operations by carrying out regular inspections of jig & fixtures / tools / equipment, addressing issues as they arise, and supporting the fabrication of samples.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sample Fabrication:

• Assist in the fabrication of samples as per production requirements, ensuring that the samples meet quality standards.
• Utilize equipment and machinery to produce sample parts, prototypes, or mock-ups.
• Adjust and calibrate machinery as needed to ensure accurate sample fabrication

Equipment Setup & Calibration:

• Set up and calibrate machines, jigs, fixtures and equipment according to production needs and specifications.
• Ensure machinery is properly configured for specific tasks or runs.
• Adjust and fine-tune equipment to optimize performance.

Production Support:

• Provide technical support to production teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve manufacturing processes and equipment performance.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines, jigs, fixtures and equipment.

Requirements:

Education: Require a minimum certificate holder or diploma in any engineering field.

Experience: Experience in the engineering manufacturing field for minimum 3 years.

Skills: - Excel in Microsoft Office - understanding 2D and 3D drawings

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
