We are looking for a Procurement Executive who is detail-oriented, responsible, and excited to be part of our journey in building a stronger and more efficient procurement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Purchase Requisitions (PR) and prepare Purchase Orders (PO).
• Source suppliers, compare quotations, and negotiate the best value.
• Build good relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Monitor deliveries, stock availability, and solve procurement issues.
• Check invoices, pricing, and prepare payment documents accurately.
• Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports.
• Coordinate maintenance requests for Penang outlets and ensure proper follow-up.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to control costs while maintaining quality.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Management to support business growth.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working with numbers and data.
• Is comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Has good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Takes ownership, is proactive, and finds solutions.
• Can work independently while collaborating with different teams.
• Experience in F&B, restaurant, café or hotel, is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
