E-Commerce Manager

Position Summary

The E-Commerce Manager leads the company's online business strategy and marketplace operations to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies.
• Manage all online sales channels and marketplaces.
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Lead digital campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Manage e-commerce budgets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and marketing teams.
• Lead and develop the e-commerce team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of e-commerce management experience.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace and online business operations.
• Proven achievement in driving online sales growth.
• Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
