Pro Track Engineering Hiring! Full Time Quantity Surveyvor in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for our construction project
• Evaluate and negotiate tender submissions, contracts, and variations
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide cost control strategies
• Monitoring project costs and providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Conduct site valuations, verify completed work, and coordinate with site teams for accurate reporting
• Handling pre, post contractual matters: project budget, progress claims, projected tender documentations and final accounts.
• Review and respond to contractual claims, including extension of time (EOT), loss and expense, and variation orders
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure compliance with contractual term

What we're looking for

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in QS roles within engineering or construction sectors
• Strong knowledge of contract law, tendering procedures, and cost control techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
