Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s full set of accounts and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in coordinating internal and external audit activities by preparing the required information and documentation.
• Handle tax-related submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain supporting documents for audit and taxation purposes.
• Provide administrative support and perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of basic accounting concepts and financial procedures.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, UBS, or similar systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail with a responsible attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Good organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Self-driven, proactive, and committed to achieving assigned goals.
• Capable of working efficiently under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
