Collection Officer (20 Vacancies) – Subang Jaya

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,800 (based on experience)
• Monthly incentive: Up to RM500
• Employment: Contract / Permanent

Working Location

Subang Jaya (Accessible via LRT Taipan)

Working Hours

• 5 working days per week
• Shift: Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday
• Fixed shift assigned after the first month
• 8-hour shift (earliest start: 9:00 a.m., latest end: 9:00 p.m.)

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
• Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate collection records and follow up on payment commitments.
• Achieve individual collection targets.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Prepare daily collection reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and PDPA requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in Collections, Credit Control, Debt Recovery, Customer Service, or Call Centre are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
