Vision Inland Resources Hiring! Full Time Warehouse Operations cum Admin in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation, reports, and administrative records.
• Process Goods Receipt (GR), Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO) and inventory transactions in the system.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, transporters, suppliers and internal departments for timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate filing of warehouse documents and operational records.
• Update warehouse databases, spreadsheets and inventory reports.
• Assist in scheduling deliveries, shipments and warehouse activities.
• Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, email correspondence and report preparation.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations and 5S housekeeping standards.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor with operational and administrative tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and administrative support.
• Experience in inventory management and warehouse documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using ERP, SAP or Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes is preferred.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
