Full Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations & Administration Intern to support our daily business operations and workplace improvement initiatives.
This internship provides hands-on experience in workplace organisation, 5S implementation, SOP development, process improvement, and operational planning. The intern will have the opportunity to participate in real business improvement projects, including improving workplace efficiency, organising operational processes, and supporting the development of better working systems.
This role is suitable for students who are interested in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related fields and want to gain practical experience in improving business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workplace Organisation & Improvement
- Assist in implementing 5S workplace organisation and improving office and warehouse arrangement.
- Support workplace layout planning to improve efficiency and accessibility.
- Assist in organising storage areas and inventory arrangement.
2. SOP & Process Improvement
- Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Review existing workflows and suggest practical improvements.
- Prepare process flowcharts, work instructions, and operational documents.
3. Operations & Administration Support
- Support daily administrative and operational activities.
- Organise company documents, records, and digital files..
- Assist in coordinating tasks and following up on assigned projects.
4. Cross-Department Coordination
- Communicate and coordinate with different departments to support smooth operations.
- Assist in improvement projects and company initiatives.
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Convenient and Accessible Location:
Location: Approximately 10km from colleges and universities in Subang Jaya and Petaling Jaya.
Job Type: Internship
Duration: 2 - 3 Months
Working Days: Weekdays (Monday to Friday) * 9 am - 6 pm
Work Arrangement: In-person (No WFH provided)

Requirement:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in 'Business Administration', 'Business Management', 'Operations Management', 'Supply Chain & Logistics', 'Industrial Engineering' , Or related fields.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace is an advantage.
