Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing

customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth sales

operations. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a

manufacturing sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in processing customer orders, quotations, and sales

documentation.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order

fulfillment and delivery.

• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and order tracking systems.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product

inquiries.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and administrative support for the sales department.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure high service standards are maintained.
• Support the sales team in coordinating meetings, preparing proposals, and managing

documentation.

• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop in sales and customer service functions.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
