What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand client needs and propose solar PV solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to deliver successful projects.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Junior Executive.
• Relevant sales or business development experience is preferred for Senior Executive and Assistant Manager roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
