Bachelor Degree in relevant engineering field is required
For entry level role, 0-2 years experience is acceptable with strong academic background
For mid level, 3-5 years experience of relevant experience
Familiarity with methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis to enhance efficiency and quality
Experience in process development, troubleshooting, and equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) is highly valued
Skills in analyzing production data to identify trends and solve problems
Candidate must be able to read and write in Mandarin to communicate with counterparts in China.
