Job Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
• Plan & develop content for social media and website.
• Assisting the marketing team in developing content for digital advertising campaigns.
• Proofreading all content for errors and inconsistencies.
• Editing and polishing existing web content to improve readability.
• Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices for all digital content for traffic and engagement.
• Creating compelling headlines and body copy that capture attention and create impact.
• Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps.
• Research subject matters and pitch social direction and content.
• Assist in proof reading and copy editing.
• Meet / conduct interviews with clients where needed.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communciation or the equivalent.
• Able to read and write proficiently in English is a must.
• Ability to read and write proficiently in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Comprehensive research and SEO skills.
• Proven impactful content on social media.
• Professional skills with WordPress and social media platforms - Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, XHS.
• Able to work together with marketing and creative team.
• Able to multitask and willing to meet deadlines, a positive attitude.
