About the Role

We are looking for Korean-speaking IT professionals with 0–3 years of experience who are passionate about building a career in networking. This role offers structured training and hands-on exposure to Enterprise Networking, Service Provider Networking, Collaboration, and Network Security while working alongside experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Open to candidates with working experience from other industries.
• Strong Interest in developing a career in the IT industry and willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related. (Preferred) - not mandatory
• 0–3 years of experience in IT-related roles (Network Support, IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, Technical Support, etc.)
• Korean proficiency (TOPIK 4/5/6 preferred) with Good English Communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot network-related issues for Korean-speaking customers.
• Collaborate with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 engineers to resolve technical incidents.
• Document technical issues and solutions in both Korean and English.
• Follow security, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Continuously develop networking knowledge and technical skills.
