About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a small, fast-paced team at a publicly listed international technology company, with a presence in Singapore and overseas entities. This is a standalone HR role based in Singapore, reporting directly to C-suite level.

What You'll Do

• Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between
• Manage local tax filings, statutory compliance, and payroll-related administration
• Oversee relationships with EOR/PEO vendors and HR systems across the region
• Support equity and RSU administration for local employees
• Partner with Finance on compensation, rewards, and budget planning
• Drive HR initiatives independently — this is a hands-on, builder role with significant autonomy

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a lean or standalone HR setup
• Prior exposure to equity/RSU administration and multi-vendor HR systems (EOR/PEO) is a strong plus
• Comfortable operating with minimal oversight — self-directed, resourceful, and detail-oriented
