We're Hiring | Senior Manager / Director – Data & Analytics Transformation (P&C Insurance)

Location: Singapore

Salary: SGD Upto 13,000/month

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data and analytics transformation programmes across P&C insurance.

Develop enterprise data strategies, target operating models, and implementation roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Drive modernization of data platforms, governance, reporting, and analytics capabilities.

Partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-value initiatives across underwriting, claims, pricing, customer, distribution, and operations.

Lead cross-functional teams including business, data, engineering, architecture, and vendor partners.

Ensure effective programme governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and benefits realization.

Champion AI, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What We're Looking For

️ 10–15 years of experience in Data, Analytics, or Technology Transformation within P&C Insurance.

️ Strong understanding of insurance data domains, core insurance processes, and modern data architectures.

️ Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation programmes involving cloud, data platforms, AI, and advanced analytics.

️ Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders and translating business strategy into technology-enabled solutions.

️ Strong consulting, programme management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
