Job Purpose

Branch support, facilitate smooth communication coordination and administrative support between Remisier/Dealer and HQ ensuring efficient client service. Perform know your customer (KYC), ongoing due diligence (ODD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) to assess client suitability.

Job Descriptions:-

• Perform CDD/ODD/EDD, prepare PEP/PEC/RCA memo and screening (CTOS/NetReveal) for Margin and Non-Margin Accounts.
• Branch business support related matters.
• Attend to enquiries and requests from Remisiers, Dealers and clients including walk-in clients.
• Support account-related services (Account Opening, Reactivation, Transfer, Updating, and Transmission of Title for deceased cases) by verifying and ensuring complete documentation.
• Manage regulatory, compliance, and audit-related matters.
• Support seamless branch operations and business continuity.

Requirements:-

• Basic degree qualification relevant to the financial sector or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards and best practices related to ODD and KYC.
• Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations and industry best practices related to stockbroking.
• High ethical standards and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Compliance with AML/CFT regulations.
• Competence in MS Office.
• Good analytical skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Team-oriented, with collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across all levels within the bank.
