What The Role Is
You will be part of the Enterprise Programmes Division, serving as a central point for grants governance and compliance audit finding follow-ups, to ensure robust administrative tracking. The role focuses on gathering information from various stakeholders, managing audit follow-ups and processes, and supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks such as data compilation and analysis.
What You Will Be Working On
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Information Management: Coordinate information requests and audit follow-up responses from multiple sources and compile reports for the division
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate follow-ups on compliance requirements, monitor response deadlines and compile updates on resolution of audit findings.
What We Are Looking For
- Relevant experience in administrative roles would be advantageous
Knowledge/Skills:
- Ability to maintain records and consolidate information from multiple sources
- Basic understanding of governance frameworks and compliance requirements
- Good project management skills with ability to support coordination of multiple stakeholders and manage timelines
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple timelines and projects effectively with focus on timeline monitoring and information compilation
