Full Time Property Manager Jobs, in Onyx Singapore Pte Ltd - Ricebowl

Our client is a well-established real estate owner and developer with a strong portfolio of commercial assets across Singapore. They are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of their commercial properties and ensure operational excellence across the portfolio.

Responsibilitie

• sManage the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial propertie
• sOversee maintenance, repair and asset enhancement works to ensure properties are maintained to a high standar
• dConduct regular property inspections and recommend improvement initiative
• sManage vendors, contractors and service providers, ensuring service quality and cost efficienc
• yAdminister service contracts including renewals, negotiations and performance review
• sPrepare and manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets while monitoring expenditur
• eCoordinate tenant handovers, fit-outs, reinstatement and renovation work
• sHandle tenant feedback and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationship
• sEnsure compliance with statutory regulations, fire safety requirements and building standard
• sWork closely with the Leasing and Asset Management teams to support leasing activities and asset enhancement project

• tsDiploma or Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management or related disciplin
• esAt least 5 years of commercial property management experien
• ceStrong knowledge of building operations, vendor management and maintenance wor
• ksExperience managing OPEX/CAPEX budgets and contrac
• tsGood stakeholder management and communication skil
