A Real Estate Investment Firm in the Retail and Commercial property sector with over S$1 Billion AUM currently seeks a Leasing Manager to join their team.

As part of a 7-man team, the Leasing Manager will be responsible for the Singapore portfolio leasing matters. The Leasing Manager will handle tenancy agreements & lease administration for retail clients while maintaining strong relationships to drive leasing opportunities.

Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with cohesive team members and leaders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or equivalent
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in commercial leasing with a strong understanding of tenancy agreements
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
