We are looking for individuals who are keen to build a strong foundation in investment analysis, portfolio construction, and strategic decision-making, and who are open to growing into leadership roles as they develop.
This role is suited for those who are curious about markets, enjoy thinking critically, and want to understand how investment strategies are applied across different economic environments.
Individuals at the entry level with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
You will undergo a structured 12-week training programme, equipping you with the technical knowledge and practical skills to assess risk, evaluate opportunities, and support portfolio strategy development.
Working closely with experienced mentors, you will gain exposure to real market scenarios, learning how to analyse market conditions, interpret data, and translate insights into practical investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse market trends, economic conditions, and risk factors to support investment decisions
Assist in portfolio construction based on different risk profiles and investment objectives
Monitor and review portfolios in response to market movements
Support the development of investment strategies across different time horizons
Work with clients to understand their goals and align them with suitable investment strategies
Participate in continuous learning to stay updated on market developments and investment insights
