MYFutureJobs are currently assisting KENGLOBAL SDN BHD in their search for an experienced Civil Engineer to join their team on-site in Ulu Tiram, Johor!

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily civil engineering operations on-site, ensuring execution aligns with approved structural drawings, method statements, and baseline schedules
• Lead resource allocation (labor, materials, equipment) and act as primary liaison with consultants, sub-contractors, and internal management
• Review engineering drawings and method statements for constructability, adjusting designs while ensuring full compliance with local building regulations and safety standards
• Direct and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and sub-contractor teams to drive productivity and high operational standards
• Monitor project expenditures, material consumption, variation orders (VOs), and progress claims to prevent budget overruns
• Enforce QA/QC inspection protocols, lead site safety audits, and maintain audit-ready project documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in building construction management, site supervision, and civil project execution
• Solid understanding of structural drawings, method statements, and local building regulations
• Proven experience managing site teams and sub-contractors
• Strong grasp of QA/QC standards and HSE compliance practices
• Able to work full-time on-site in Ulu Tiram, Johor
