Key Responsibilities

• Quality Inspection: Perform raw material, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 22000), and regulatory requirements.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, analyze quality data, and prepare reports on production activities.
• Non-Conformance Management: Investigate product defects, determine root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits (e.g., ISO).
• Training: Train production staff on quality procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or biotechnology.
• Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing QA/QC (electronic, food, or chemical sectors).
• Skills: Knowledge of QA/QC tools, statistical analysis, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
