Job Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer Purchase Orders, ensuring product accuracy, valid expiry dates, and complete supporting documentation.
• Manage returned goods by conducting inspections, preparing reports, and arranging proper storage for defective or expired products.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound container activities by updating the warehouse team, monitoring warehouse capacity, and submitting quality control (QC) reports to the headquarters.
• Supervise export packing and loading activities to ensure products are packed, labelled, and shipped according to customer and company requirements.
• Coordinate inventory transfers for both B2B and B2C operations, ensuring stock accuracy and timely system updates to headquarters.
• Monitor inventory aging and ensure the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle is consistently practiced.
• Assist with urgent stock requests and liaise with third-party logistics providers (e.g., Lalamove, Grab, etc.) to arrange timely deliveries.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
