· Process customer order, prepare DO & Inv

· Perform, monitor & verify distribution goods

• Arrange, book and prepare invoices for transport
• Arrange for delivery of R&D sample and prepare R&D sample submission letter to customer
• Record stock take finished goods
• Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with sales, retail & e-commerce teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Manage and maintain the marketing calendar for rewards and CRM campaigns across all relevant channels.
• Provide internal teams with support on CRM platform functionalities, including training on best practices and troubleshooting.
• Additional job will be assigned by the superior or management as and when necessary

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Communication, and Customer Experience skills
• Experience in Customer Retention and Sales
• Preferred from food manufacturing industries
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data to improve customer relationships
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
