Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will gain practical experience in various HR functions, including:

• Assist with recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support job posting, candidate database management, and recruitment documentation.
• Assist in employee onboarding and HR administrative tasks.
• Maintain employee records and prepare HR-related documents.
• Gain exposure to payroll support and attendance monitoring.
• Assist HR Officers during client site visits and provide support to employees.
• Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Final-year Diploma or Bachelor's Degree student in:
• Human Resource
• Business Administration
• Marketing
• Finance
• Or related fields
• CGPA of 3.50 and above
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
